The steps are Find Holana in the magic shop. Tell her "Jinkus sent me". She will give you a note to take to Einhorst McMannus. She will also ask if you want directions. No need to respond unless you do.

Einhorst is in the barbarian fishing village simply zone into West Karana from Qeynos Hills and then follow the path until you get to a right fork. Turn right and follow this path until you come to the village (the path stops a little bit short but just keep going). He is in the closest of the three little river side shacks.

Give Einhorst the note. He will give you exp and faction plus a clover shipment. Take this back to Holana and she will reward you. The rewards vary, I did the quest three times before I got the Polar Bear Skin Cloak. First time I  got a patch work sleeve and the second  a level 5 spirit pouch spell.
